The Killing Field Carpet

The Killing Field Carpet is an XL design piece with fringed edges and is just made for your living room. It has been beautifully woven in water hyacinth using techniques Viet Nam is well known for, giving it strength and handmade appeal. The earthly tone creates a natural vibe in whichever home you use it in.

Materials

Water Hyacinth is a green water plant that grows in tropical waterways in Vietnam. Once it is dried, it becomes a durable and sustainable material for weaving. It is quite similar to rattan, but water hyacinth is much softer which makes it easier to create different shapes and accessories.
Cotton is a natural fiber used to make soft and breathable textiles. It can be recycled and recovered, however it is sensitive to light and heat.

Our cotton undergoes special treatments to come out extremely soft and durable.
